G.I. Marketing provides digital marketing services including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social advertising, social media management, content marketing, analytics, and related strategy. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or client agreement, which governs over general information on this Site.
Payment Terms
Fees for our services are due as specified in the client agreement or SOW. Services may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer, project basis, or other agreed-upon structure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with G.I. Marketing, L.L.C. and its licensors. You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials you provide to us. Any new creative work, strategies, or content developed by us during the engagement will be owned by you upon full and final payment for the relevant services.

In using the Services, you may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Mailchimp). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible or liable for the actions, policies, or performance of any third-party services.

Termination

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any disputes shall be brought in courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
